💳 Payment & 📦 Shipping

After placing your order, you will first receive an automatic email with an overview of the reserved product(s).

Each reservation is then processed personally. You will then receive a personal confirmation email confirming that the item has been reserved for you and explaining payment and shipping details.

💶 Payment

Payment will only be requested when it is certain that the product can be shipped after receipt of payment.

Available payment methods:

• PayPal invoice
• Bank transfer

With a PayPal invoice, you can pay with a PayPal account or a debit/credit card. A PayPal account isn't always required.

📦 Shipping

Orders are shipped via a recognized parcel service.

After shipment, you will receive a track & trace code, if available, to track the shipment.

For valuable items, insured shipping may be recommended.

🔄 Returns

Returns are possible within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions:

• The item must be returned in its original condition
• Return costs are the buyer's responsibility

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the paid amount will be refunded.
