ℹ️ These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, orders, and transactions through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.


 1️⃣  Purpose and Character

This website is managed by a private collector. All items are offered for historical and educational purposes, without any ideological implication.


2️⃣ Authenticity

  • All objects are carefully checked for authenticity.
  • No replicas are offered. Only original historical objects are sold.
  • If an object does not date from the 1930s or 1940s, this will always be clearly stated in the product description.

 

3️⃣ Reservation & Payment

  • The purchase is only final after receipt of payment.
  • Payment is only requested when the product can be shipped the next day after receipt of your payment.
  • You will always receive an automatic email with an overview of your ordered product(s), followed by a personal email from the manager confirming the reservation and explaining the shipping.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer. Other payment methods, such as PayPal, are available upon request.

 4️⃣ Shipping & Risk 📦

  • Orders are shipped via a reliable and recognized parcel service.
  • ⚡ The transport of the package is beyond our direct control; therefore, we cannot be held liable for loss or damage during shipping.
  • 📞 In case of loss or delay, we will always contact the parcel service to follow up the problem.
  • 🔒 For valuable items, we recommend insured shipping.


5️⃣ Return Policy

  • A return is possible if you doubt the authenticity of the item received.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be made within one week of receiving the package.
  • After assessment of the returned item, and if it is found to be in its original condition, the paid purchase price will be refunded.
