Payment takes place after an order has been reserved and confirmed by email.
After placing an order, you'll first receive an automatic confirmation of your reservation. We'll then send you a personal email with payment information and further details about shipping.
Payment can be made via:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal (if available)
For payments via PayPal, it is not always necessary to have a PayPal account.
The order will be definitively reserved once payment has been received.
📦 Shipping
Orders are carefully packed and shipped via a recognized parcel service.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receipt of payment.
After shipment, you will receive a track & trace code, if available, so you can track the shipment.
🌍 International Shipping
International shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by country.
If applicable, these will be clearly communicated in advance.

Insured shipping is available for valuable items. This will be discussed in advance when placing your order.
📬 Packaging
All objects are carefully packed to prevent damage during transport as much as possible.
⚠️ Transport
While we ensure secure packaging and shipping, delays or damage during transport may be beyond our direct control. In such cases, we will, of course, assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue.
